The Olympics wreaked havoc on the Sunday public affairs shows this week. With NBC’s “Meet the Press” pre-empted, CBS “Face the Nation” was the gold medal winner. CBS was the only public affairs show to improve its ratings from the same week last year.
ABC’s “This Week” placed second, followed by “Fox News Sunday” and “Al Punto.”
Cable replays of Fox News Sunday averaged a combined 2,338,000 Total Viewers and 526,000 A25-54 viewers.
