Sunday Show Ratings: January 6

It was a narrow win for “Meet the Press” for the first show of 2013. NBC beat CBS’ “Face the Nation” by +8,000 Total Viewers and +63,000 A25-54 viewers.

Compared to the same week last year, CBS and Fox were up in both ratings measurements. ABC and Univision were up in Total Viewers, but down in the demo, and NBC was down across the board.

Cable replays of “Fox News Sunday,” which was hosted this week by John Roberts, averaged a combined 1,572,000 Total Viewers and 336,000 A25-54 viewers. Rebroadcasts of “Meet the Press” delivered 1,248,000 Total Viewers and 566,000 viewers in the demo.

“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in just 45% of the country.
