For the fourth week running, CBS’ “Face the Nation” was the top-rated Sunday public affairs show on April 7. “Face” topped NBC’s “Meet the Press” by +550,000 total viewers and +91,000 A25-54 viewers.
ABC’s “This Week” and Univision’s “Al Punto” were the only shows to grow in both total viewers and in the A25-54 demographic compared to the same week last year. ABC was up +18% in total viewers and +10% in the demo and Univision was up +18% and 22%, respectively.
CBS and “Fox News Sunday” were up in total viewers and down in the demo, and NBC was up in total viewers and flat in the demo year-over-year.
Cable replays of “Fox News Sunday” averaged a combined 1,921,000 Total Viewers and 413,000 A25-54 viewers.
“Face the Nation” is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in just 65% of the country.
