CBS’s Face the Nation won the ratings race last Sunday among total viewers while NBC’s Meet the Press was #1 in the A25-54 demo, for the 6th straight week. MTP also saw the most growth of the Sunday shows: up +26 in both viewers and the demo compared to the same week last year.
Fox News Sunday was also up +26 percent in viewers while up +22 percent in the demo. Face the Nation and ABC’s This Week were both up double digits in viewers and flat in the demo.
With rebroadcasts on the NBC network and on MSNBC, an additional 1.295 million total viewers and 448,000 A25-54 viewers watched MTP. Fox News Sunday rebroadcasts on FNC averaged a combined 3,812,000 total viewers and 799,000 in the demo.
Face the Nation is based on the first half-hour only, as the full contiguous hour aired in 78.31% of the country.
