CBS’ “Face the Nation” was the top Sunday show in total viewers for the 2012-2013 season (with an asterisk, see below). It was the first time “FTN” was tops since Nielsen’s People Meters were first rolled out in 1987. It also had its best total viewer delivery since the 1992-1993 season.
NBC’s “Meet the Press” was a close second in both categories for the season, with ABC’s “This Week” very close behind NBC. It really has become a three-way race on Sunday mornings.
