You may know Steve Hofstetter from his YouTube Channel, where he seems to constantly be getting heckled during his stand-up shows. Now, the Sports Illustrated columnist-turned-comic is taking his show from the road, to TV, with the debut of “Laughs” this weekend on FOX and MyNetwork stations.
“Stand-up, to some people, is a springboard. To me it is my life force,” he told MediabistroTV in an interview last week at New York’s Gotham Comedy Club. And he isn’t kidding around when he predicts “Laughs” will be around for a long time.
