Comedy Central host Stephen Colbert has opened a new front in the late night war against Bill O’Reilly. After the Fox News host joked on “The Daily Show” that his next book (after Killing Lincoln and Killing Kennedy) would be called Killing Colbert, Colbert launched “Operation Killing Killing Kennedy”
