At this morning’s Senate confirmation hearing for Attorney General-designate Loretta Lynch, ranking Judiciary Committee member, Sen. Pat Leahy (D-VT), made a rather interesting pronouncement: he said he agreed with Fox News Channel host Bill O’Reilly. Leahy was throwing support to O’Reilly who had thrown his support to Lynch. O’Reilly called Lynch a hero “who should be respected by all Americans for standing up to gross injustice.”
“I agree with Bill O’Reilly on that,” Leahy added.
