NBC’s Savannah Guthrie will anchor “NBC Nightly News” tonight, TVNewser has learned, as Lester Holt is dealing with a family medical emergency. This will be the first weekday fill-in for Holt who is himself sitting in for Brian Williams during his suspension from the network. Guthrie, the co-anchor of the “Today” show, has filled in on “Nightly News” on numerous occasions.
