RTDNA Honors ABC’s Pierre Thomas

ABC News Senior Justice Correspondent Pierre Thomas will be presented the 2015 John F. Hogan Distinguished Service Award by the Radio Television Digital News Association. The award recognizes an individual’s contributions to the journalism profession and freedom of the press.

Thomas “is a tenacious reporter and superb storyteller,” said Amy Tardif, Chairman of RTDNA. “Viewers know he will dig for the truth and hold the powerful accountable.”

The award will be presented September 19 at the RTDNA’s Excellence in Journalism 2015 conference in Orlando.
