Ronan Farrow’s MSNBC Show Gets Tentative Name and EP

ronan farrow_304x200Politico’s Dylan Byers reports Ronan Farrow’s upcoming MSNBC show is tentatively dubbed “The Ronan Show,” and has hired longtime news producer Kathy O’Hearn as its EP.

O’Hearn most recently worked as SVP of Tina Brown’s events series, before then serving as EP at CNN’s “Amanpour,” ABC News’ “This Week,” and CNBC’s “Topic A” with Tina Brown. She also worked on the digital side as SVP at The Daily Beast.

Jobs for Farrow’s show have begun being posted right here on Mediabistro’s job board for segment, video, and field producers.

Featured in a long The New York Times Magazine profile earlier this month, Farrow said his show will emphasize telling “real stories.”

The show’s start date and time slot is still not known. Farrow served as a guest this morning on “Jansing & Co.” to preview President Obama’s NSA speech.
