Soon-to-be MSNBC host Ronan Farrow was not cheering from the sidelines after the man who is most likely his father—film director/actor Woody Allen—received a lifetime achievement award at last night’s Golden Globe Awards.
Missed the Woody Allen tribute – did they put the part where a woman publicly confirmed he molested her at age 7 before or after Annie Hall?

Farrow was referring to Allen’s adopted daughter Dylan, who accused him of molesting her more than 20 years ago.
In a show of support, Ronan’s mother Mia Farrow retweeted his tweet, and Ronan added to his point by retweeting fans who showed support.
It’s a good time to read this profile of Mia Farrow where her daugther talks about being molested by Allen: http://t.co/5li3up6N5Z

As far as I’m concerned, @RonanFarrow is standing up for all sexual abuse survivors tonight. Thank you.

There were some other less controversial—albeit one or two risque—social media moments from the Golden Globes you can read about on sister-site Lost Remote.
And the “Today” show covered the Farrow social response this morning, with Al Roker pointing out Woody Allen might be a tough booking for Farrow’s MSNBC show.
