Roger Ailes Selling 2 Homes

By Chris Ariens

Variety reports Roger Ailes is selling two homes that are part of an expansive 20-acre property in Garrison, N.Y. According to Trulia, both homes have been on the market for more than six months, since before Gretchen Carlson filed a sexual harassment suit against Ailes in July, which led to his departure from Fox News two weeks later.

One property, a 2-bedroom, 3-bath contemporary, sits on 3.4 acres. It’s listed at $925,000, reduced from $975,000 in August. According to Variety, the Ailes family acquired it in 2008 for $1.65 million. The other, less than a half mile away, is a mid-century modern 3-bedroom home on 2.3 acres. It’s listed for $885,000, reduced from $999,000 last month. From Variety:

Ailes and his wife, Elizabeth, maintain an unassuming 3,500-square-foot ranch-style home in Cresskill, N.J., that they bought in the fall of 2000 for $1.85 million, and they continue to own the jewel in the crown of their Garrison compound: a nearly 9,000-square-foot mansion with sweeping valley and river views, along with a neighboring home they scooped up in the fall of 2014 for $4 million.
