NBC has announced its mid-season schedule, and on it, “Rock Center” moves to Wednesdays. Beginning February 8, “Rock Center with Brian Williams” will air at 9pmET/PT leading out of the comedy “Whitney” and the new Chelsea Handler comedy “Are you there, Chelsea?” “Law & Order: SVU” will air at 10pmET/PT.
