Ratigan Talks Money & Madoff on The View

CNBC’s Dylan Ratigan joined the ladies of “The View” today. He talked about the Fed’s decision to lower interest rates, the brewing “second housing crisis” (props to Sherri Shepherd on that one) and the Bernard Madoff scandal. Joy Behar asked, “Do you think he’s a psychopath?” “He’s a sociopath, a psychopath,” said Ratigan. “He worked inside of his own community and destroyed the wealth… it is incredible. We’ll get him. We’ll get him,” he added.
