President Obama Makes Rare Appearance on Fox News

Two days after Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson said President Obama was “afraid” and “won’t come on Fox News,” the network has announced an interview with Obama will appear in an FNC special Friday night.

Obama, who last sit for an interview on Fox with Bill O’Reilly for the 2014 Super Bowl, is featured in a special on President George H. W. Bush, “Fox News Reporting: Destiny and Power – The Private Diaries of George Herbert Walker Bush,” anchored by Brit Hume and airing Friday at 10 p.m. ET.

In the interview, President Obama describes Bush as “one of the most underrated presidents that we’ve ever had.”
