‘PBS NewsHour’ to Launch with New ‘Patchwork’ Series

When the “PBS NewsHour” relaunches Monday without Jim Lehrer’s name in the title, the program will also debut a new series called “Patchwork Nation.”

The five-part series, reported by Ray Suarez, runs all week and explores the impact developments in the economy have had on specific communities, starting with Philadelphia on Monday. After that, it’s Ann Arbor, MI; Sioux Center, IA; Eagle, CO; and Licoln City, OR.
