Which makes a gender error CBS News made on the “Evening News” last night all the more glaring: in a report on Janet Yellen, who President Obama nominated to be the first Chairwoman of the Fed yesterday, Anthony Mason referred to Yellen as “the son of a doctor and a teacher.”
