In an interview to air on MSNBC’s The Rachel Maddow Show this evening, Democratic presidential frontrunner Hillary Clinton makes her first public comments on Vice President Joe Biden‘s decision not to challenge her for the Democratic nomination:

“I am a huge Joe Biden admirer, friend, a former colleague, and I know this was an excruciating decision in a time of just such pain and grief for him and his family,” Clinton said. “He is liberated and I don’t think history is done with him.”

The full interview–Clinton’s first since her testimony Thursday before the Benghazi committee–airs on MSNBC at 9 p.m. ET.
