On CBS, Chef Thomas Keller Presents His ‘Sunday Morning’

Legendary chef Thomas Keller is known for his restaurants French Laundry and Per Se, but this weekend he took his considerable skills to CBS, where he created a new dish: “The Sunday Morning,” in honor of the long-running CBS morning news program.

The dish is a bacon and cheddar popover with a poached egg on top. The recipe is here, and a video of Keller teaching correspondent Tracy Smith how to properly poach an egg is below.
