Obama on Rupert Murdoch: ‘Let’s just say that he does not have an Obama sticker on his car’

During his immigration speech Tuesday in El Paso, President Obama singled out one American immigrant, who also happens to be one of the world’s richest men and chairman of the company that owns Fox News. Obama was trying to show how immigration reform transcends politics.

“I don’t know if you are familiar with Rupert Murdoch’s views,” said the president. “But let’s just say that he does not have an Obama sticker on his car.”

Fox News, as well as CNN and MSNBC were carrying the speech live. Following the president’s remarks, CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin discussed the Murdoch line with Gloria Borger. “Another immigrant success story, I suppose,” added Baldwin.
