MSNBC Anchor Introduces Rev. Al Sharpton When She’s Really Interviewing Rev. Jesse Jackson

Around 2:30pmET this afternoon, MSNBC anchor Contessa Brewer was introducing a segment on unemployment and brought in her guest: “Joining me now to talk about this and the nation’s real problem of joblessness, the Rev. Al Sharpton…”

One problem: Brewer was interviewing the Rev. Jesse Jackson. And he made her aware of that fact.

“I’m Rev. Jesse Jackson.”

“Right. I’m so sorry,” said Brewer. “The script in front of me said Rev. Al Sharpton. I’m looking at your face. I know who you are, Rev. Jackson, we all do. I’m sorry.”
