Morning Show Ratings: Week of Sept. 19

morning-tv-tvnewser_2016CBS This Morning begins the new TV season as it ended the old one: seeing the most growth in the mornings. While still trailing ABC and NBC, CTM was up +10 percent in viewers and up +16 percent in the A25-54 demo compared to the same week last year.

The Today show, which maintains its run as the No. 1 show in the demo, also saw growth: +2 in viewers and +4 percent in the demo. ABC’s Good Morning America remains the most-watched morning show, but was down -3 percent in viewers and flat in the demo, stemming losses that amounted to 9 percent of its audience last season.
