Morning Show Ratings: Week of October 21

“Good Morning America” wins another week and does it by the widest margin over No. 2 “Today” so far this season. Compared to the same week last year all three newscasts increased their viewership.

No. 3 “CBS This Morning” saw the biggest increase, up +16%. “GMA” grew +14% in viewers and the “Today” show grew by +7%, year-over-year.

The NBC show saw the biggest jump in younger viewers, up +12%. “GMA” was up 8% in the demo, while “CTM” was down -1%.

The averages for the week of October 21, 2013:

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 5.603M / NBC: 4.707M / CBS: 3.021M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 2.086M / NBC: 2.008M / CBS: 988K
