Morning Show Ratings: Week of May 9

After a few busy news weeks, the morning shows settled back last week, losing some viewers along the way. But “Today” and “Good Morning America” saw growth year-over-year in Total Viewers; with “GMA the only morning broadcast to see A25-54 viewer growth too.

“Today” maintains its lead, with an +790K Total Viewer lead on “GMA” and a winning streak that stretches 804 weeks.

Season to date, “GMA” is up the most among the network morning news programs +8% in Total Viewers compared to its year-ago average. “Early Show” is up +1% and Today” is flat.

  • Total Viewers: NBC: 5.71M / ABC: 4.92M / CBS: 2.51M
  • A25-54 viewers: NBC: 2.51M / ABC: 1.84M / CBS: 1.03K
