Morning Show Ratings: Week of July 4

By Chris Ariens

During the holiday-shortened week, two of the three broadcast morning shows saw growth when compared to the same week last year. #1 “Today” was up +7% in Total Viewers and up +13% in A25-54 viewers while #2 “Good Morning America” was up +14% in Total Viewers and up +5% in A25-54 viewers.

CBS’ “The Early Show” was down in both measurements, but was up week-to-week.

Due to the July 4th holiday, the averages for all three programs are based on 4 days (Tues-Fri).
