By Merrill Knox

NBC’s “Today” remained on top for the week of February 20, besting ABC’s “Good Morning America” by 520,000 Total Viewers and 370,000 A25-54 viewers.

All three shows were down in Total Viewers compared to the same week last year. “Today” and “CBS This Morning” were also down in the A25-54 demographic, while “Good Morning America” was up +6%. The gap in A25-54 viewers between “Today” and “GMA” is the smallest it has been in three years, since the week of November 17, 2008.

Due to the President’s Day holiday, all three Monday broadcasts were excluded from the weekly averages.
