Morning Show Ratings: Week of Feb. 16

morning show anchors_640As NBC’s “Today” show gets closer to ABC’s “Good Morning America” among younger viewers, “CBS This Morning” continues to show the most viewership growth. Compared to the same week last year “CTM” is up +15% in viewers and up +5% in the demo. In fact, it’s the only program to see year-over-year demo growth.

“Good Morning America” which holds a more than +330,000 viewer lead on “Today,” was up +1% in viewers, but down -3% in the demo.

The “Today” show came within 48,000 demo viewers of “GMA” for the week, and won Wednesday, but was down -9% in viewers and down -11% in the demo vs. the same week last year, which saw the second week of the Sochi Olympics and was the last time “Today” topped “GMA” for the week.

  • Total Viewers: ABC: 5.664M / NBC: 5.329M / CBS: 3.551M
  • A25-54 viewers: ABC: 2.099M / NBC: 2.051M / CBS: 1.102M
