NBC’s “Today” show remains on top of the morning shows as the summer — and the related slump — finally approaches its close.
Compared to last week, NBC was flat in total viewers while ABC’s “Good Morning America” and CBS’ “Early Show” were up. Those two programs also grew in the demo. ABC was also up in total viewers and the demo in comparison to the same week last year. Overall viewership was slightly down again as well.
