‘Morning Joe’ Bleeps Ann Coulter For John McCain Remarks (VIDEO)

By Alex Weprin

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter appeared on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” today, and it made for some memorable television. While speaking about Arizona Senator and former Presidential candidate John McCain, Coulter was bleeped out for over 10 seconds, apparently because she called him a “douche bag,” among other things.

“Ok, just blur it all out,” Joe Scarborough quipped. “Well, they got the general drift of that,” Coulter replied.

Coulter later called the late Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy “human pestilence.”

This is the second time this year that a “Morning Joe” guest has made controversial remarks about a politician. Back in June, MSNBC suspended contributor Mark Halperin for calling President Obama a “dick” on-air, though that remark when un-bleeped as the control room missed its cue.

Coulter is not an official contributor to MSNBC as Halperin is, but the network could prevent her from being booked on future shows.
