“Morning Joe” co-host Mika Brzezinski this week hosted the annual dinner for Win, an organization that provides housing to homeless women and their children in New York City. “CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King also attended the dinner, which was held Tuesday at the Waldorf-Astoria.
“There are 52,000, if you can imagine, homeless New Yorkers. 22,000 of them are children. That’s the highest number since the Great Depression,” Brzezinski said on “Morning Joe” Wednesday. “A lot of incredibly generous people showed up last night … I was really happy to host the event last night. It was really incredible.”
