Megyn Kelly is coming to live television. Now that the summer run of her NBC News Sunday newsmagazine show has concluded, the former Fox Newser is preparing to host the 9 a.m. hour of the Today show, Megyn Kelly Today, which premieres on Sept. 25.

Kelly’s first gig on Fox News was a 9 a.m. show, so while this isn’t Kelly’s first full-time foray into morning TV, it will be her first on the broadcast side.

NBC News has been introducing Kelly to the morning show’s audience in recent days. As part of that introduction, Kelly has been participating in Today show’s Summer of Yes series, which encourages viewers to tackle things they’ve always wanted to.
