Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly and Ivanka Trump were spotted at New York’s Four Seasons Friday. “The two chatted for roughly two and a half hours,” reports Politico. The brunch occurred before Friday’s FBI bombshell that it was looking into some 650,000 emails found during its investigation of Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of Hillary Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
Someone sent Playbook this fuzzy snapshot of Trump and Kelly huddled at a corner table. Donald Trump has had a hot/cold relationship with Kelly over the last 14 months, beginning with her question at the first GOP primary debate in August 2015. Kelly wooed Trump for her prime time Fox special which aired in May. Since then Trump has given most of his Fox News interviews to Sean Hannity and Bill O’Reilly.
