‘Mad’ About Low 25-54 Demo Numbers

CNBC staffers are thrilled by the ratings of “Mad Money with Jim Cramer,” but compared to other cable networks, the numbers are anemic. In the 25-54 demographic, its average July viewership stands at 51,000.

July’s ratings come out on Tuesday, but numbers for the month-to-date show Mad Money scratching five times in the 25-54 demographic. (It scratched in the demo 11 times in June and 13 times in May.) On Wednesday, the show had only 24,000 viewers in the demo.
