MediaDecoder reports Lou Dobbs “has held talks with the business news network CNBC in recent weeks.”
Decoder’s Brian Stelter writes Dobbs, “is likely to make a decision about his post-CNN career this month, two people with knowledge of the discussions say.”
As TVNewser noted last month, when Dobbs left CNN the first time in 1999 he was being wooed by NBC/CNBC, but eventually returned to CNN. Dobbs quit CNN last month, during an abrupt mid-week departure the network veteran announced on air.
