Lockout Or Not, NFL Announces 2011 Preseason Schedule

By Alex Weprin

With the threat of a player lockout still looming, the NFL is moving forward as though everything will be happening on schedule.

This afternoon the league released its 2011 preseason schedule, kicking off with the 2011 Pro Football Hall of Fame Game August 7 between the St. Louis Rams and Chicago Bears.

The NFL says every 2010 playoff team will be featured in at least one nationally televised game.
