Like Mother, Like Daughter. Mika and Emilie Hit the Town

TVNewser attended a charity auction and benefit hosted by MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski and her teenage daughter Emilie Hoffer last night for the Global Medical Relief Fund. The fund helps children around the world who are missing or have lost the use of their limbs or eyes. Emilie, who is very active with the charity, presented a video where — taking after her mom, and dad — she interviewed charity executives and children who have received aid from the Fund.

It was a power-packed crowd, with “Morning Joe” regulars Donny Deutsch and Dr. Jeffrey Sachs, as well as Huffington Post founder Arianna Huffington and “CBS This Morning” host Gayle King in attendance.
