He didn’t get the knickname iron pants for nothing.
NBC’s Lester Holt who does triple duty as anchor of “Dateline” and the weekend editions of “Today” and “Nightly News,” is celebrating 10 years at “Today.”
“You can stay with a company for 10 years,” Holt tells the Daily News. “But 10 years in the same job? No way.” Holt joined NBC as an anchor for MSNBC in 2000.
Holt, who also fills in for Brian Williams and Matt Lauer during the week, was feted by colleagues at “30 Rock” Thursday. MSNBC anchor and Nightly News correspondent Chris Jansing tweeted this picture with Holt and Tamron Hall.
