Two more candidates have declared their intention to run for the 2016 GOP nomination for president.
Dr. Ben Carson declared Sunday in an interview with WPEC-TV the CBS affiliate in West Palm Beach. Carson will not be doing interviews today, due to his mother’s health. Carson was a Fox News analyst until last November.
And this morning former HP CEO Carly Fiorina declared her intention to run. Fiorina appeared on “Good Morning America” this morning and will sit down with Yahoo News’s Katie Couric at 2:45 p.m. ET today and with Megyn Kelly tonight on Fox News.
Tomorrow, Mike Huckabee is expected to announce he is seeking the GOP nomination. Until January, Huckabee hosted a weekend program on Fox News. Huckabee has already scheduled an interview with FNC’s Kelly, we’re told.
