Savannah Guthrie played a dentist this morning on “Today” in what turned out to be an uncomfortable interview with Kate Goslin and her teenage twins, Mady and Cara. The family was on to talk about how everything is just peachy in their post-reality TV show world. But Kate did most of the talking. For Guthrie, it was like pulling teeth to get the twins to talk.
“Mady, what would you want to say about how you and your family are doing?,” asked Guthrie.
“Um….,” said the 13-year-old. Then silence.
“Mady, your words,” Kate demanded. “It’s your chance, spit it out.”
“What about you Cara?,” Guthrie asked. More silence.
“I don’t want to speak for them…” said Kate. And then she did.
Toward the end of the interview, Guthrie asked the twins if they’d like to be a part of another reality show. They gleefully said yes. WATCH:
