Sam Champion isn’t the only new hire at The Weather Channel: Kait Parker is joining the network as an on-camera meteorologist early next year.
Parker comes from the NBC affiliate in West Palm Beach, where she has been a meteorologist since 2010. She will make her debut January 13. “Kait is a passionate and energetic meteorologist who will make a great addition to our ever-growing team of the industry’s leading names in weather,” Weather Channel president David Clark said in a statement.
