Judge Orders Jay Mariotti To Stand Trial

By Marcus Vanderberg

Jay Mariotti was ordered Tuesday to stand trial on three felony charges – stalking, domestic violence and assault – stemming from an incident with his ex-girlfriend.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mark Windham found enough evidence to require the 52-year-old former ESPN personality to proceed with trial.

In addition to the three felony charges, Mariotti faces two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a domestic court order.
