MSNBC host Joe Scarborough and Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod had a simple bet. If President Obama carried Florida in the election, Scarborough would grow a mustache. if he didn’t, Axelrod would shave his. It was a fitting bet for “Movember.”
Well, Obama carried Florida, but as New York notes, Scarborough changed the rules of the bet. Instead of growing a mustache, Scarborough will give money to an epilepsy charity, and host an event to benefit the research. Nonetheless, on the show this week we got a taste of what Scarborough would have looked like with a sweet ‘stache.
