Jobs, Peace, Wine Put “60” In the Top 10

By Chris Ariens

Without the benefit of an NFL lead-in, “60 Minutes” cracked the top 10 prime time shows for the week. Sunday’s broadcast drew 14.21M Total Viewers ranking eighth for the week.

Sunday’s show featured Scott Pelley’s report from an Ohio town losing 9,000+ jobs due to the closure of DHL, Bob Simon’s story about West Bank settlers getting in the way of a two-state solution in the Middle East and Morley Safer’s report on Resveratrol.

This was the 13th time over 17 broadcasts that “60” has finished in the top ten.
