‘I Don’t Need Lectures From You’: Hannity, Ramos Clash on Fox News

In an interview with Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity Wednesday night, Univision and Fusion anchor Jorge Ramos was accused of distorting the record of Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump. “Why don’t you report it honestly,” Hannity challenged.

“I’m simply reporting what Donald Trump has been saying,” Ramos began, before being cut off by Hannity, who said “that’s not true.” The conversation only got more heated as it went on, with both men talking over each other and at one point, with Hannity calling some of Ramos’ statistics and math “insane.”

Hannity pushed back against Ramos’ language, insisting the immigrants were “illegal, not undocumented,” but when Ramos told Hannity he could be a lot tougher in his questioning of Trump, Hannity said “I don’t need lectures from you, because you act like a sanctimonious objective reporter, and you’ve got an agenda.”
