Homeless Man Found Squatting In Ann Curry’s NYC Townhouse

NBC’s Ann Curry, currently reporting from Mogadishu, may return to a problem on the homefront: a homeless man squatting in her New York City townhouse.

The New York Post reports that the man has been sleeping in the vacant property on-and-off for several months. Curry and her husband, Brian Ross, bought the property in 2003. The townhouse, which is on NYC’s Upper West Side, has been vacant for several years, plagued by renovations and a lawsuit filed by area residents angry about the noise and construction debris.

“I’ve been living there for about a year now,” the man said. “I’m not a drug addict; I just don’t have a place to sleep.”
