Former New York Stock Exchange director and Home Depot co-founder Ken Langone was on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” this morning to talk about (of course) the economy.
The discussion was notable not only for Langone dropping an “S-bomb,” but also for promoting his upcoming appearance on Fox Business Network’s election night coverage, anchored by Neil Cavuto.
Host Joe Kernan joked with Langone about an upcoming appearance on CNN’s “Parker Spitzer,” leading to this exchange starting around 4:10:
Kernan: “I know you got that appearance on “Parker Spitzer” coming up. you can’t come on CNBC if you’re on Spitzer’s show
Langone: “I won’t do it, but I am going on Cavuto election night.”
Kernan: “Hey, now I brought up spitzer as a joke! You don’t have to mention Cavuto!”
It was all in fun.
