Greta Van Susteren is “uncivil,” “careless,” “rude,” … and right.
Van Susteren took Thailand to task last Tuesday calling the nation, “the lamest country of the day,” because it took the Royal Thai Air Force ten days to produce important radar data on missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. In an editorial today, the Bangkok Post calls out Van Susteren for calling out the entire country.
“The unpleasant fact is, name-calling aside, the core of Ms Van Susteren’s comment was correct,” the editorial finds. “Ms Van Susteren was rude, crude and deeply offensive. But at least she cared enough to comment and bring to light this deep failure. “
