There were several options in Times Square to watch the Michael Jackson memorial service, including the big monitor at ABC’s GMA studios where the Charlie Gibson special was airing and a few blocks north where CNN’s programming aired on the Spectravision monitor at Duffy Square, near the new TKTS booth.
Meanwhile, at the south end of Times Square people gathered at the jumbotron to watch Fox News coverage of the memorial:
