FoxNews.com reporter Jana Winter, who was subpoenaed earlier this year in an effort to get her to reveal her sources on a story related to the mass shooting in Colorado, says that the ordeal has caused serious hardships.
Winter reported on the private details of a notebook the alleged Colorado shooter James Holmes sent his psychiatrist before the killings.

In an affidavit filed with the motion, Winter said numerous sources have stopped speaking to her because of the subpoena, derailing stories on a national security investigation, breaches in a military program and about Holmes’ family relationships.
She also said her personal life is “suffering greatly.”
